Time moves slow with our German-style Helles Lager. A smash beer using German Hallertauer Mittelfruh noble hops, Eraclea Pilsner Malt from Weyermann and 34/70 yeast. We step mash (protein, glucan and saccharification), boil for 75mins, add some hops throughout, ferment and lager for 60 days.
Slow by Nature is a delicate, pale German-style Helles lager. Aromas of fresh hay, dried lavender and honey waft from the glass with subtle hints of wildflower, honey and whispers of earthy hop character. Finishes with a lingering malty sweetness on the palate.
