You’ll be playing a game of hopscotch with this triple hop, double IPA. Collected Theories is a deceptive and super juicy DIPA using a habitual hazy malt base to create a soft mouthfeel. On the hot side, we loaded it up with Idaho 7 and citra cryo and then a massive dose of nelson sauvin in the dryhop! Table grape characteristics influence the aroma, while dried apricot dominate the palette. Packing a smooth and deceptive 7.5% ABV.
